Busbars & Terminals
A busbar is a metallic strip or bar, typically housed inside switchgear, panel boards, and busway enclosures for local high current power distribution. They are also used to connect high voltage equipment at electrical switchyards, and low voltage equipment in battery banks. We are engaged in the manufacturing of Copper and Aluminium busbars, available with surface finishes such as Silver, Tin and Nickel, as well as bare busbars in both ETP Grade and OFC Grade.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Sheet metal manufacturing is the process of creating sheet metal parts by cutting, bending, and forming thin metal sheets into specific shapes and sizes. The process typically uses cutting, bending, welding, coating and assembly techniques. Sheet metal is made from various materials, including MI, SS, GI and Aluminium. The end product can vary from simple flat panels to complex three-dimensional structures. We are engaged in the manufacturing of sheet metal enclosures for various sectors, including UPS, HVAC, Fuel filling stations, ODU's for network power, and display systems for in-store applications.
Precision Sheet Metal Components
We specialize in manufacturing of precision sheet metal components and assemblies. Our capabilities include high-quality simple as well as complex parts. We even make mechanical assemblies, and highly complex machined parts with three dimensions. We manufacture precision sheet metal components using Solid tools. This can include both stage tooling and complex progressive tooling. These precision sheet metal components can be customised as per the special requirements of the clients.
